Public Hearing – June 8, 2020

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter M-26 of the
Municipal Government Act, 2000, as amended that the Council
of the Village of Beiseker has given first reading to Bylaw
2020-06 for amendment to Land Use Bylaw 2019-04. This
amendment includes information relating residential dwellings to
commercial property in the CBD (Central Business District) and
the addition of Murals as a new classification of sign type.
A Public Hearing regarding proposed Bylaw 2020-06 will be
held on Monday, June 8th, 2020 at 7:00 pm in an online meeting
environment as part of the Regular Council Meeting. Any person
who claims to be affected prejudicially by the proposed Bylaw,
or that person’s agent, shall be afforded an opportunity to be
heard by Council at the Public Hearing. Written submissions are
acceptable if received by 4:30 pm on Monday, June 8th, 2020.
